Matt Anders Landscaping offers both frequent (weekly / bi-weekly) and seasonal maintenance programs to our customers. We also offer Full service maintenance packages as well and a standard Mowing service for our customers who want to maintain the rest of the property themselves.

Standard Mowing Service

Our standard Mowing Service is designed to fit even the tightest budget. We offer a weekly or bi-weekly mowing visit on a set day of the week.  This is our most basic level of service starting at only $3o a visit.  Our standard lawn care service includes:

* - Lawn turf areas mowed
* - Fence lines, flowerbeds, sidewalks, patios and driveway trimmed/edged with line trimmers
* - All concrete surfaces blown off neatly and not back into the street

Full Service Maintenance Program BEST VALUE!

The Full Service Maintenance program covers most aspects of landscape maintenance. It is our best value program for customers that want to obtain a well maintained landscape.  Prices start at only $160 a month (with an annual Service agreement) but price may vary based on individual property needs. A trained crew of service professionals will perform weekly service functions that offer:

* - Ground cover control e.g. ivy, etc
* - Insect and disease control
* - Hand weeding
* - Fertilization of plant material
* - Edging
* - Leaf removal
* - Aeration 
* - Shrub trimming/pruning
* - Fertilization and weed control of turf area
* - Mowing of all turf area

Frequent Maintenance Program

The frequent maintenance program covers any to all aspects of landscape maintenance. It is a 'cradle to grave' program for customers that want / expect a consistent, meticulous, well maintained landscape. A trained crew of service professionals will perform weekly/bi-weekly service functions that offer:

* - Deep hand pruning of all ornamental plant material
* - Ground cover control e.g. ivy, etc
* - Insect and disease control
* - Hand weeding
* - Tree maintenance e.g. raising canopy up and maintaining proper form
* - Fertilization of plant material
* - Edging
* - Leaf removal
* - Trenching bed lines
* - Design seasonal color
* - Aerate and over seed of cool season turf in fall (Rye)
* - Aerate and scalping of warm season turf in spring (Bermuda)
* - Irrigation system start up, shut down, and monitoring
* - Fertilization and weed control of turf area
* - Mowing of all turf area

Seasonal Maintenance Program

The seasonal program offers a solution for our clients who do not have a need for a weekly maintenance program. A specially trained crew will perform all the seasonal service functions which are as follows:

* - Ground cover control e.g. ivy, etc
* - Fertilization of plant material
* - Weed control
* - Hand weeding
* - Trenching of all bed lines
* - General landscape cleanup
* - Mulching of all landscape beds
